EuroFuelSupply Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 2026

1. About These Terms

Welcome to EuroFuelSupply.

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products from EuroFuelSupply through our website, by email, telephone, quotation or other accepted sales channels.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

These Terms apply to both:

  • Consumers — individuals purchasing mainly for personal purposes; and

  • Business Customers — companies, traders, contractors, installers, wholesalers, resellers and other organisations purchasing for business purposes.

Different legal rights may apply depending on whether you purchase as a consumer or business customer and the country in which you are located.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However:

  • Product colours may appear differently depending on your screen.

  • Packaging may change.

  • Manufacturers may update product specifications.

  • Product images may be illustrative.

  • Minor specification changes may occur.

Where a material product specification changes before dispatch, we will take appropriate steps where required.

Customers should review product specifications carefully before ordering, particularly for boilers, water heaters, HVAC systems, heat pumps and other technical equipment.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not guarantee stock availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we may contact you to offer an appropriate alternative where you agree, advise you of a delay, or cancel the affected item and refund amounts due.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement where consent is required.

5. Placing an Order

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products subject to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied with your order is accurate and complete.

This includes:

  • Customer name

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Billing information

  • Delivery address

  • Product selection

  • Quantity

  • Delivery requirements

An automated acknowledgement confirming receipt of an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A binding contract is formed when we expressly accept your order or otherwise at the point specified during the ordering process.

6. Prices

Product prices will be displayed or communicated before the relevant order is completed.

Prices may change from time to time.

Price changes will not normally affect orders already accepted except where permitted by law or expressly agreed.

Where applicable, customers will be informed of:

  • Product price

  • VAT or applicable taxes

  • Delivery charges

  • Freight charges

  • Other mandatory charges

before becoming bound by the order.

7. Pricing Errors

Although we take reasonable care when displaying prices, errors can occur.

If an obvious pricing error is identified before an order has been accepted or dispatched, we may contact you to explain the error.

Where appropriate, you may be given the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

If an order is cancelled because of a pricing error, amounts already paid for the cancelled product will be refunded.

Nothing in this section affects rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Payment

Payment must be made using a payment method accepted by EuroFuelSupply.

Depending on the transaction, available payment methods may be shown during checkout or specified on a quotation or invoice.

Orders may not be processed or dispatched until required payment has been successfully received or otherwise authorised.

Customers must not knowingly provide false, unauthorised or fraudulent payment information.

9. Order Verification

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, we may carry out reasonable verification checks before accepting or dispatching an order.

We may contact the customer if additional information is reasonably required to verify:

  • Order information

  • Delivery information

  • Business information

  • Payment information

Verification requests will be limited to information reasonably necessary for legitimate business, legal or security purposes.

10. European Shipping & Delivery

EuroFuelSupply supplies customers in supported European markets.

Available delivery services depend on factors including:

  • Destination

  • Product

  • Weight

  • Dimensions

  • Quantity

  • Freight requirements

  • Product availability

  • Accessibility of the delivery location

Orders may be transported using parcel carriers, pallet networks, freight operators or specialist transportation providers.

Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for additional information.

11. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may be provided during checkout, quotation or order confirmation.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Factors outside our reasonable control may affect delivery, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Transportation disruption

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs procedures

  • Supply-chain disruption

  • Public holidays

  • Industrial action

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect delivery information

Mandatory consumer delivery rights remain unaffected.

12. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

For palletised, oversized or specialist deliveries, customers should inform us about relevant access restrictions before dispatch.

These may include:

  • Narrow roads

  • Weight restrictions

  • Height restrictions

  • Restricted vehicle access

  • Difficult terrain

  • Loading restrictions

  • Specialist unloading requirements

Additional reasonable costs may apply where a failed delivery or specialist redelivery results from incomplete or inaccurate customer information, where legally permitted.

13. Pallet & Heavy-Goods Deliveries

Products including wood pellets, boilers, water heaters, HVAC equipment and commercial products may require palletised freight.

Unless expressly included in the delivery service, standard freight delivery may not include:

  • Installation

  • Carrying goods inside a property

  • Removing existing equipment

  • Specialist lifting

  • Crane services

  • Positioning products at their final installation location

Customers should check the applicable delivery arrangements before ordering.

14. Shipping Containers

Shipping containers require specialist transportation.

Before delivery, customers may be required to provide information about:

  • Site access

  • Ground conditions

  • Container positioning

  • Vehicle clearance

  • Overhead restrictions

  • Unloading requirements

Additional transportation or lifting charges may apply depending on the location and delivery requirements.

15. Risk in Consumer Orders

For consumer purchases, risk in the products passes in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers transportation risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory law.

16. Inspecting Your Delivery

Customers should inspect deliveries within a reasonable period after receipt.

If you notice:

  • Transportation damage

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect products

  • Damaged packaging

please contact EuroFuelSupply promptly.

Where appropriate, provide photographs of the product and packaging to help us investigate the issue.

Failure to report an issue immediately does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

17. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you’re an eligible consumer purchasing through a distance contract, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from most purchases within 14 days, subject to applicable law and exceptions.

For goods, this period generally begins when you or a person nominated by you receives the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a valid statutory right of withdrawal.

To exercise your withdrawal right, contact EuroFuelSupply with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

18. Returning Products After Withdrawal

Where a valid statutory withdrawal right is exercised, goods should be returned within the applicable legal timeframe.

Customers may be responsible for direct return transportation costs where permitted by law and where they were properly informed of this obligation.

Large products such as:

  • Palletised fuels

  • Boilers

  • Water heaters

  • HVAC equipment

  • Heat pumps

  • Shipping containers

may have significant return transportation costs.

Contact us before arranging the return of large or freight-delivered products.

19. Exceptions to Withdrawal Rights

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in every situation.

Legal exceptions may apply to certain products or contracts, including, depending on the circumstances:

  • Bespoke products

  • Personalised products

  • Goods manufactured to customer specifications

  • Certain rapidly deteriorating products

  • Certain sealed goods once opened

  • Goods that become inseparably mixed with other products after delivery

Exceptions will only be applied where permitted by applicable law.

Your rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

20. Refunds

Where a consumer validly exercises a statutory withdrawal right, refunds will be handled within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until:

  • The returned products have been received; or

  • You provide appropriate evidence that they have been returned.

Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method unless another method is lawfully agreed.

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further details.

21. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

Products supplied to consumers must meet applicable legal requirements.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Price reduction

  • Refund

Mandatory legal guarantee rights remain unaffected.

22. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may include additional commercial warranties provided by their manufacturers.

These may apply to:

  • Boilers

  • Water heaters

  • Heat pumps

  • Air conditioners

  • HVAC systems

  • Electrical heating equipment

Warranty periods and conditions vary by manufacturer.

A commercial manufacturer’s warranty is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory statutory consumer rights.

23. Installation

Products requiring professional installation must be installed by appropriately qualified persons where required by applicable law, regulation or manufacturer instructions.

This may apply particularly to:

  • Gas appliances

  • Boilers

  • Electrical equipment

  • Water heaters

  • Heat pumps

  • Air conditioning systems

  • HVAC equipment

Customers are responsible for checking installation requirements applicable in their country.

Incorrect installation can create serious safety risks and may affect a manufacturer’s commercial warranty where the warranty terms lawfully provide for this.

24. Product Suitability

Customers should ensure that products are suitable for their intended use before installation.

If you’re uncertain about technical compatibility, contact us or an appropriately qualified professional before purchasing or installing the product.

Do not rely solely on photographs when determining technical compatibility.

25. Wood Pellets, Biomass, Firewood & Solid Fuels

Customers are responsible for storing fuel products appropriately after delivery.

Wood pellets, firewood and biomass products should generally be protected from:

  • Rain

  • Excessive moisture

  • Flooding

  • Contamination

  • Inappropriate storage conditions

Product performance can be affected by improper storage.

This does not limit rights relating to products that were already faulty or non-conforming when supplied.

26. Business & Wholesale Customers

Business and wholesale customers may be subject to additional commercial terms contained in:

  • Quotations

  • Invoices

  • Supply agreements

  • Wholesale agreements

  • Credit agreements

Business customers do not necessarily benefit from consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights.

Where these Terms conflict with individually negotiated written commercial terms, the specifically agreed written terms may take priority to the extent stated in the relevant agreement.

27. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to:

  • Minimum quantities

  • Pallet requirements

  • Freight charges

  • Deposit requirements

  • Lead times

  • Product-specific terms

  • Agreed delivery schedules

Any special commercial conditions should be clearly communicated before the relevant order becomes binding.

28. Cancellation of Business Orders

Business orders may not have the same cancellation rights as consumer purchases.

Where we agree to accept cancellation of a business order, reasonable costs already incurred in connection with the order may be payable where agreed and legally permitted.

Bespoke and special-order commercial products may have additional cancellation restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, website content including:

  • Commit fraud

  • Misrepresent your identity for unlawful purposes

We may take reasonable steps to protect our website, customers and systems against abuse.

Our Privacy Policy explains:

  • What information we collect

  • Why we process it

  • How information may be shared

  • How long information may be retained

  • Your applicable data-protection rights

32. Cookies

EuroFuelSupply.com may use cookies and similar technologies.

Where legally required, consent will be requested before non-essential cookies are activated.

Please see our Cookie Policy for additional information.

33. Liability to Consumers

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

We do not seek to exclude liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any limitations in these Terms are subject to mandatory consumer law.

34. Liability to Business Customers

For business customers, liability may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any separately agreed commercial contract.

Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Specific liability limits for significant B2B or wholesale contracts should be set out in the applicable quotation, supply agreement or commercial contract.

35. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

Examples may include:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • War

  • Civil unrest

  • Government restrictions

  • Transportation disruption

  • Major supply-chain failures

  • Industrial action

  • Major utility failures

  • Widespread telecommunications disruption

We will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

36. Complaints

If you’re unhappy with a product or service, please contact us.

Provide:

  • Contact details

  • Description of the issue

  • Relevant supporting information

We aim to investigate complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

37. Country-Specific Consumer Rights

EuroFuelSupply supplies customers across different European jurisdictions.

Mandatory consumer protections may vary between countries.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory protections they are entitled to under applicable law.

38. Governing Law & Disputes

The law and courts applicable to a transaction may depend on the legal entity operating EuroFuelSupply, the customer’s location, whether the customer is a consumer or business, and applicable mandatory rules.

For consumer transactions, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply under applicable law.

The final governing-law clause should be completed based on the actual registered legal entity operating EuroFuelSupply and reviewed for the countries in which the business actively sells.

39. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Changes will apply from the date the revised Terms are published unless otherwise required by law.

The Terms applicable to an accepted order will generally be those in effect when the relevant contract was formed, subject to applicable law.
